Collection of various tools and methods for citizen involvement. The structure is inspired by Arnstein´s ladder of participation (1969), however simplified into three levels: Ask, do, (co-)decide. Additionally there is also a category titled "getting started" with reflections and preparations for planning a good process. The tools are presented almost as a recipe, aiming to both inspire and make it easy and fun to jump into and getting started involving citizens.
